The Plain Truth About Hypnosis

The use of Hypnosis enlists the strengths and resources of the individual toward his or her own well being.  The hypnotized person is able to focus their attention entirely on a single issue.  Hypnosis increases the individuals’ responsiveness to suggestion.  A person who is hypnotized never gets stuck in hypnosis, nor do they behave in a manner that is not morally comfortable for them.  You cannot be hypnotized against your will.  If you resist it will not work.  Hypnosis requires your consent.  You remember everything and you will not reveal intimate secrets while hypnotized.
